Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in submitting your paper to AROB-ISBC 2026. All submissions are managed via EasyChair. Please read and follow the guidelines below carefully.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Preparing Your Abstract
- Your abstract must be written in English.
- It should be a minimum of 400 words.
- Do not include any figures, tables, or references.
- Please prepare the following information in advance:
- Name(s) and affiliation(s) of all authors
- Name of the presenter and a valid contact email (Make sure the contact information is accurate and up to date.)
- Title of your paper
- Abstract body (400 – 600 words)
- Keywords (at least three)
- Preferred session for presentation
- Accessing the Submission Site
- Visit the submission site on EasyChair: EasyChair for AROB 2026
- Log in using your EasyChair account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one with a valid email address.
- Click the “New Submission” button on the menu bar to begin your submission.
- Submitting the Abstract
- Complete all required fields in the online form. (Uploading the full paper is not required at this stage.)
- Click “Submit” to complete your submission.
- After submission, you will receive a confirmation email from EasyChair.
- After Submission
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee.
- Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author via email around October 30, 2025.
Note: You may revise your abstract at any time before the abstract submission deadline. To make changes, log in to your EasyChair account, go to the “Submission [N]” link in the menu bar to access your submission page, and then click “Update information” in the upper right corner.
Paper Submission Guidelines
If your abstract is accepted, you will be asked to submit the camera-ready version of your paper through EasyChair.
- Accessing the Submission Site
- Visit the submission site on EasyChair: EasyChair for AROB 2026
- Log in using your EasyChair account.
- Click the "Submission [N]" button on the menu bar to begin your submission.
- Click on the "Update Information" link in the upper right corner to provide the following details:
- Presenter's Biography (within 500 characters)
- Date of Birth (for Young Author Award eligibility)
- Abstract for the conference program (150-200 words)
- Ethical Approval and Informed Consent (if applicable)
- Use the "Add files" link to
- Upload the final version of your paper (PDF format)
- Upload the Copyright Form (PDF or image format)
- Use the "Update authors" link if you wish to confirm or edit author information.
Formatting Requirement
- Please prepare your paper using one of the official formatting templates provided below. Submissions that do not follow the required format may be rejected. Additionally, all presenters are required to submit a completed copyright transfer form.
- The paper must be in A4 size (210mm × 297mm). Do not submit papers in Letter size.
Please note that Microsoft Word may automatically change the paper size to Letter depending on your regional settings. Be sure to confirm that the page size is set to A4 before submission. - The length of the paper should be between 4 and 6 pages.
Only authors who are presenting in an Organized Session (OS) and have obtained prior approval from both the OS organizer and the Program Chair are allowed to submit a short paper of 2 pages. - Do not adjust line spacing or margins. Altering the visual format is not permitted.
- Do not include page numbers in the footer or header.
Important: Papers that do not follow the formatting instructions may be rejected for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Note: Parts B and C of the Copyright Transfer Form are only applicable to authors who are employees of the U.S. government or under Crown Copyright. If these conditions do not apply to you, you do not need to fill out these sections.
Additional Notes
- The submitted papers will be included in the AROB-ISBC 2026 proceedings.
- At least one author must complete registration by the registration deadline.
